Job Summary

Tradesmen International, Inc. is seeking a skilled Marine Structural Welder to join our team. As a Marine Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks on various marine projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform dual shield MIG welding on a variety of marine structures, including boat railings, docks, sea walls, and boat racks.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure project completion.
  • Collaborate with other craftsmen to achieve project goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate hand tools and equipment, including welding machines and power tools.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Welding certification is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
