Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity

Envision Physician Services and Piedmont Newton Hospital are seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art emergency department with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
Emergency Department Features- Renovated and Expanded Emergency Department: Our emergency department has undergone a $9.5 million renovation and expansion, featuring a new triage area, waiting room, nursing stations, patient rooms, and ambulance entrance.
- 32-Bed Emergency Department: Our emergency department is equipped to handle a high volume of patients, with 32 beds and a team of experienced physicians and nurses.
- 47,000 Annual Patient Visits: Our emergency department sees a high volume of patients, with 47,000 annual visits.
- Physician and APP Coverage: We offer 40 hours of physician coverage and 24 hours of APP coverage to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
- Independent Contractor Status: As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to work on your own schedule and make your own decisions.
- A-Rated Professional Malpractice Insurance: We offer a-rated professional malpractice insurance with tail coverage to protect you and your practice.
- Certification Requirements: Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM).
- Integrated Care: Our emergency department is integrated with our hospital medicine department, providing exceptional synergy between the two departments.
