**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a Compliance Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to our business units on loan origination compliance issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a deep understanding of banking laws and regulations, including federal and state guidelines.
  • Ensure internal controls are compliant with regulatory requirements, implementing necessary changes as needed.
  • Manage regulatory changes and updates, providing timely guidance to business units.
  • Support business units on compliance issues related to loan origination, including product development and marketing.
  • Assist with compliance risk assessments and audits, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review new loan products and services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Approve loan advertising and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor customer complaints for trends and patterns, providing insights to improve customer experience.

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of compliance or risk management experience in a financial institution setting. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
