Job Title: Family Development Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Development Case Manager to join our team at Call to Freedom in Sioux Falls, SD.

Job Summary:

The Family Development Case Manager will work with victims and survivors of human trafficking and exploitation, as well as their families, to identify needs and implement strategies for individualized services. This role requires strong advocacy and education skills to cultivate positive, healthy family relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate and educate families to promote positive relationships and healthy development.
  • Identify needs and implement strategies for individualized services.
  • Coordinate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized family development and financial goals and plans.
  • Provide supportive services and case management to help clients overcome barriers related to their families or children.
  • Develop community-based financial programs to support clients.
  • Collect and track data on client progress to inform service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Child/Human Development or related field experience.
  • Experience in case management with victims of violence, trafficking, trauma, and/or substance abuse.
  • Training in trauma-informed care beneficial.
  • Achieve SOAR certification and be primary contact for agency and clients.
  • Achieve certification in Love and Logic curriculum.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible, self-directed, and responsive.
Working Conditions:

This role requires approximately 40 hours/week, with flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend hours as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
