  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and store recovery standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
