Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking an experienced and passionate LPN or RN to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor. As a key member of our home care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the delivery of home care services to clients
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
  • Direct and supervise professional and paraprofessional personnel rendering client care services
  • Perform marketing duties and foster public relations for the company
  • Consult and plan with home care facilities regarding staffing needs
  • Communicate the concept of quality client care to the general community
  • Conduct skilled nursing visits and assist patients during facility discharges as needed
  • Evaluate the program, services, and field personnel
  • Direct the implementation of service goals and objectives
  • Develop standards that ensure safe and effective services to clients and families

Requirements:

  • LPN or RN licensure
  • Experience in home care or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
