Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, with potential performance bonuses up to $2,500

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Role Expectations:
The Tile Showroom Consultant engages with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with customers through in-person and phone interactions, representing the company professionally.
  • Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Provide education on product features and benefits to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for interested customers.
  • Process sales orders accurately, generating invoices for customer pickups or deliveries.
  • Estimate delivery dates based on vendor schedules.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organized and appealing product displays, updating them monthly.
  • Promote current sales specials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred strong product knowledge in outdoor living, landscaping, and pool supplies.
  • Ability to engage with customers effectively throughout the day.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing inventory and customer needs.
  • Familiarity with related product lines is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
