We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Katharine Brasserie & Bar. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests in a professional and courteous manner. You'll also be an advocate for our bar and restaurant, creating personal experiences for our guests and developing relationships that will keep them coming back.

• Greet and welcome guests, serving food and beverages promptly and with a smile.
• Pour drinks according to specifications, receive and process orders accurately, and serve food and drinks to guests.
• Notify a manager if a guest is becoming intoxicated or rude to other guests.
• Fulfill various tasks such as filling and cleaning ice bins, emptying trash cans, changing kegs, and stocking beer and wine coolers.
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.
• Follow uniform and grooming specifications, and maintain cooperative communication with support crew and management.
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar.

• 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, great communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures, as well as recording accurate tip-out sheets and calculating accurate bill amounts.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
