Job Summary:

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
  • IV Certification required.
  • One (1) year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Three (3) years medical/surgical experience preferred.
  • One (1) year of area-specific experience preferred.
