As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Select Specialty Hospitals, you will be eligible for a generous $5,000 sign-on bonus. This role is critical in our mission to provide exceptional care to patients recovering from serious illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and recovery goals.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students during their clinical rotations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- A valid state license in Physical Therapy or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
