Position Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Site Plan Technician. This role involves creating comprehensive site plans and diagrams to facilitate the permitting process for generator installations. A solid grasp of zoning laws, construction regulations, and site design principles is essential. The Site Plan Technician will collaborate with project coordinators and regulatory bodies to ensure all site plans adhere to necessary guidelines and contribute to the efficient installation of generators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Detailed Site Plans: Create precise and thorough site diagrams for generator installations, highlighting equipment locations, utility connections, access routes, and safety zones.
- Collaborate with Project Teams: Engage with project coordinators and relevant stakeholders to collect necessary information and ensure site plans align with project objectives.
