As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting with various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the crew to achieve project goals
  • Perform manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors or foremen
  • Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
  • Participate in site preparation, including digging and shoveling
  • Assist with placing underground pipes and conduits

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Meet all DOT requirements
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Physically able to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and stooping
  • Ability to climb ladders and travel to job sites
