VP of Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled VP of Research and Development to lead our European R&D team focused on Silicon Carbide.

This is a crucial role that includes the following responsibilities:

• Building and managing a team of top SiC experts
• Overseeing daily R&D operations
• Managing cost for the R&D center
• Creating product roadmaps for various technologies

To be considered for this position, candidates should have a degree (preferably a PhD) in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or Integrated Circuits, as well as expertise in the following areas:

• Compound semiconductors, specifically SiC
• Leadership experience and the ability to build high-performing teams
• Experience managing multiple teams and tasks
• Strong presentation skills for industry events

This is a device-level position and candidates must have a background in developing and designing SiC.
