Additionally, the Licensed Optician will create an amazing guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable products to guests. The role also involves following all operating policies and procedures, including training, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing/merchandising programs and promotions, and the accurate completion of all sales transactions. The Licensed Optician will also ensure accuracy in all transactions/interactions with the guest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the Guest Experience behaviors.
  • Ensure the delivery of a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience through the Playground Rules.
