With a network of 20 wholly owned clinical sites and 4 affiliated locations, we conduct a variety of in-patient and out-patient phase I-IV clinical research studies.
Our organization boasts over 400 in-patient beds and maintains a vast and expanding database of individuals suffering from mental health conditions, neurological disorders, sleep disorders, addictions, acute and chronic pain, diabetes, and other health issues, alongside healthy volunteers who contribute to the advancement of medical science.
With access to more than 32 million potential participants and a history of completed trials, Evolution Research Group is committed to enhancing its capabilities and expanding into areas with significant unmet medical needs both in the United States and globally.
Job Overview:
The Patient Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in interviewing, pre-screening, and scheduling appointments for patients interested in participating in clinical studies. This position requires the ability to evaluate information provided by potential participants to ascertain their eligibility for study involvement.
The Coordinator will receive guidance on protocols from the Recruitment Manager, with contributions from the Centralized Recruitment Department, Site Director, and Principal Investigators.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Recruitment
Manage initial patient phone screenings and consistently update patient information in the database to ensure accuracy.
Generate CTMS reports to identify potential candidates for enrollment in trials, subsequently contacting them to gauge their interest.
Collaborate with the Centralized Recruitment Team to create recruitment enrollment sheets for screening new patients.
Maintain communication with monitors and medical monitors to verify patient eligibility for trials.Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager to effectively schedule new patient screening visits.
Follow up with patients scheduled for appointments more than a week in advance to sustain their interest and clarify trial eligibility criteria.
Engage with patients from central advertising campaigns and schedule them for trials if they meet pre-screening qualifications.
Assist in executing Company Sponsored patient marketing and recruitment initiatives, as well as community outreach efforts such as participation in health fairs and community events to enhance visibility and attract potential participants for clinical research trials.
Patient Database Management
Achieve proficiency in the CTMS functionality related to the patient database and understand how to capture and update patient information accurately.
Document and maintain processes for regularly updating existing patient information in CTMS.
Document and maintain processes for generating Salesforce Reports.
This role may encompass additional responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the organization.

EducationDemonstrate familiarity with the clinical research studies conducted at the site, including relevant diagnoses and medical terminology.
Understand the protocols and exclusions, possessing a comprehensive understanding of each trial being conducted.
Study, learn, and adhere to Evolution Research Group/Site standard operating procedures, policies, practices, and applicable regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience
High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
A minimum of two years of experience in sales, medical, or clinical research settings (experience in patient recruitment is strongly preferred).
Requirements
