Job Summary:

Ojos Locos is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bus Staff member to join our team. As a Bus Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing friendly and excellent service while adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean up spills, broken dishes, and remove trash to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Wipe down tables and chairs with a damp cloth to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes and transport them to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Fill beverage and ice dispensers to ensure our guests have access to refreshing drinks.
  • Ensure the dining rooms and other areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Verify the cleanliness of dinnerware and ensure it is properly sanitized.
  • Serve beverages, water, and other drinks to our guests in a timely and friendly manner.

  • Stack and un-stack chairs and put tables in order to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Set up and maintain the Expo area to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized space.
  • Follow the cleaning calendar to ensure our facilities are consistently clean and well-maintained.
  • Clean the restrooms and ensure they are stocked and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Clean the back dock area and keep it organized to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.

  • Interact and coordinate with hosts and service staff to ensure effective service and a seamless dining experience.
  • Maintain best practices in maintaining cleanliness in bussing services to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Liquor License certification is mandatory.
  • Food server certificate required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish.
