Overview

Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to empowering individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Our team of expert clinicians is passionate about delivering high-quality care, and we are seeking an experienced Lead ABA Clinical Director to join our mission.


About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the clinical operations at one of our centers. As a Lead ABA Clinical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence, providing guidance and support to our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and contributing to the development of our treatment programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical operations at the center, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement treatment programs that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Collect data and analyze results to inform treatment decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ABA, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
