Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Program Coordinator Assistant at our organization.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Assist Program Coordinator: Work closely with the Program Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the Social Adult Day Program.
- Client Safety and Well-being: Prioritize the safety and well-being of clients during transportation and on-site, handling emergencies with professionalism.
- Transportation and Logistics: Escort clients on transportation as needed, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Training and Compliance: Complete annual mandatory trainings, adhering to organizational standards and regulations.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster positive relationships with colleagues, contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Educational Background: High School or General Education diploma (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and basic computer skills.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service and Organization: Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
The estimated salary for this role is $16 - $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
