Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary

Bear Mountain Healthcare is a leading provider of Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care services. Our mission is to deliver high-quality healthcare in a safe, clean, supportive, and positive environment. We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our In House Rehab Team in Sudbury, MA.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and direct Speech Therapy services in accordance with current federal and state standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, department records, and reports.
  • Initiate referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Speech Therapy Department procedures.
  • Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
  • Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, family, and other team members.
Requirements
  • Active state license or license eligible.
  • M.A. or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited college.
  • CCC or in CFY, and eligible for licensure.
  • Regular Attendance.
