We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our In House Rehab Team in Sudbury, MA.
Job Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and direct Speech Therapy services in accordance with current federal and state standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, department records, and reports.
- Initiate referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Speech Therapy Department procedures.
- Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
- Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, family, and other team members.
- Active state license or license eligible.
- M.A. or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited college.
- CCC or in CFY, and eligible for licensure.
