Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems
  • Provide technical support for new chiller installation, startup, and commissioning
  • Demonstrate and train customers on proper system usage
  • Built strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and exceeding expectations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding service findings
  • Keep track of service calls and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
  • Valid US work authorization
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, and typically 2+ years of experience in HVAC
  • Technical school or formal training is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in variable weather conditions
  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly
