Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Jerome Home. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in accordance with state laws
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition
