Job Summary:

Northland Pioneer College is seeking a highly qualified faculty member to teach Therapeutic Massage courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses, including live, hybrid, and online classes, and will be expected to support the college's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses in Therapeutic Massage and other assigned areas
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet program goals and objectives
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Integrate technology into instruction
  • Participate in department and college service activities
  • Develop good working relationships with discipline-related professionals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster transferability opportunities
  • Serve as a community resource in area of expertise

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Therapeutic Massage or related field
  • Teaching experience in Therapeutic Massage or related field
  • Ability to teach in a variety of environments and modes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced academic environment and will be required to travel within the college district.
