Job Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest accommodations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, adhering to the high standards set by the hotel.
  • Change and arrange bed linens, make beds, and restock towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces in both guest rooms and shared spaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
  • Restock housekeeping carts with essential supplies to ensure efficiency.
  • Follow all safety and security protocols, including the proper handling of equipment and cleaning agents.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or requests with professionalism.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test (THC not included).
