As a Residential Counselor, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and guidance to our residents, helping them develop positive behaviors and life skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a residential or clinical setting. A strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with diverse populations are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
