About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms to the highest standards
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Follow all hospital cleaning procedures and best practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout a shift
  • Preferred: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
