About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Deli Associate to join our team at Tradewinds, a leading convenience store deli. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our deli.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and serve deli items, managing inventory and maintaining accurate records as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of food safety principles, with additional training provided by the company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
