Position Overview

The Cost Estimator will be responsible for:
  • Developing budgets and schedules for various projects while monitoring progress and identifying potential risks.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.
  • Ensuring that site personnel receive the necessary documentation related to the project.
  • Addressing and resolving concerns raised by field personnel.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database for material and labor costs.
  • Creating detailed cost breakdowns from estimates and tracking project progress.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estimator or in a similar role.
  • Experience with commercial and multifamily projects is preferred.
  • A strong background in estimating projects valued between $5 million and $50 million.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
