Clinical Leadership Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leadership Director to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing management oversight for assigned therapy locations and ensuring operational excellence in patient services.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic planning activities and contribute to goal setting
- Assist in managing costs and staffing levels to meet referral demand
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide feedback
- Lead departmental planning activities and advise on staffing, operational performance, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in a relevant academic discipline required
- Illinois licensed/licensure eligible Psychologist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist required
- Minimum of five years clinical experience in a broad-based rehabilitation setting preferred
Compensation:
- Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
