Job Title: Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Green Thumb Industries INC. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting cannabis products to our customers while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Interpret and execute state laws and regulations related to medical cannabis delivery.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire changes and fluid checks.
  • Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of professional driving experience.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Pass required background checks, including MVR and state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
  • Meet scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs.
  • Must have reliable attendance and be able to work a 12-hour day when needed.
Working Conditions:
  • Patient and/or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
  • Exposure to cannabis and/or allergens present in the work environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods, including moving about the dispensary and delivery areas.
  • Remain in a stationary position, including in a motor vehicle, to meet business needs.
  • Converse and communicate with individuals and groups of people directly.
  • Operate point of sale systems, computers, and other office productivity machinery.
  • Prepare patient and customer orders by moving and placing products.
  • Inspect and receive detailed information, such as patients' and/or customers' dates of birth.
  • Move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds independently.

Skills:

  • Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactive attitude, as well as independent judgment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees.
  • Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences.
  • Previous experience with POS systems.
  • Understanding of applicable cannabis laws and regulations, safety regulations, local municipal codes, and organizational rules.
  • Ability to follow instructions as directed and incorporate constructive criticism from managers.

Pay Range: $19-$19 USD per hour.
