About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at The Hilldrup Companies. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, network, and establish strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue and profit goals.
  • Manage the customer sales cycle, ensuring that all aspects of our services are delivered as promised.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales, and/or business.
  • Five to seven years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the moving or furniture industries.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomous work.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding financial and business acumen.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
