Merchandise Specialist

Job Overview
As a sales associate in Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods -- or any one of our dozens of departments -- you have the opportunity to make someone's day better. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and helping customers find what they need.

Estimated Salary: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

About the Job
In this role, you will be working closely with supervisors and fellow associates to maintain a clean and organized store environment. You'll be responsible for restocking shelves, processing customer transactions, and ensuring that customers receive excellent service. Your duties will include:

• Reviewing customer orders, locating and selecting merchandise on the salesfloor
• Filling customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining a positive attitude and being proactive in addressing customer needs
