Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans and as directed by supervisors.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, charting resident notes, and completing required recordkeeping forms.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians
  • Chart resident notes in a clear and descriptive manner
  • Complete and file required recordkeeping forms
Requirements
  • Valid CT LPN License
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • CPR, ACLS, or BLS Certification
