As an Advanced Spine Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating and implementing comprehensive nursing care for patients with orthopedic and spine-related conditions.

Job Overview

This position requires a high level of compassion, respect, and cultural competence. You will work closely with our team to provide culturally sensitive care while promoting a safe and inclusive environment. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and flexibility in applying basic nursing knowledge to various settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee
  • BLS within 90 days of hire
  • Basic arrhythmia and ACLS certifications within six months of hire (dependent on unit assignment)
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within six months of hire (for certain units)
  • AACN, CCRN, or CCP certification within two years of hire (for critical care units)
