About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists with patient care activities, including setting up equipment, instructing exercises, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Escalate patient concerns to clinicians and management for prompt resolution.
Patient Experience
  • Provide warm greetings and efficient registration processes for patients.
  • Support clinicians with scheduling and onboarding new patients.
  • Play a primary role in the daily patient check-in process.
Clinic Metrics
  • Convert referrals into evaluations to drive business growth.
  • Assist with patient rescheduling to minimize no-shows and maintain high patient satisfaction rates.
  • Collect upfront payment collections and patient-reported outcome assessments to optimize revenue streams.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with prior healthcare experience an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified Personal Trainer certification or related field experience.
