As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing and displaying inventory on the sales floor, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
  • Process and display inventory on the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly priced and displayed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and bathrooms.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot or surrounding areas and return them to the store.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including housekeeping and janitorial tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Working Conditions:

The Sales Floor Associate will work in an indoor environment with occasional exposure to outside temperatures. The noise level in the normal work environment is moderate.
