Position Summary: CASHIER

We are currently seeking a dedicated Cashier who embodies a friendly and thoughtful approach to hospitality. At Doublz, we uphold high standards for both our products and service, and we expect our team members to take pride in representing the Doublz brand.

The Cashier role is pivotal in creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. This position requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, fostering a comfortable environment for diners. Cashiers must be punctual and prepared for their shifts, always ready to accommodate guest requests with enthusiasm. Clear communication with guests is essential, along with a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Teamwork is crucial, and collaboration with management and fellow staff members is expected.

Reporting Structure: Reports to: Manager / GM / Shift Leader
Salary / Grade Level: Hourly / Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Complete assigned opening, running, and closing duties
• Attend all shift meetings punctually
• Maintain health and service standards
• Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and with enthusiasm
• Fulfill special requests from guests
• Coordinate with Expo, Kitchen Staff, and Bartenders to ensure timely order delivery
• Address any issues courteously and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and preparation times
• Keep workspace clean and follow food safety guidelines
• Assist team members with additional tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications:

• One year of prior service or running experience preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to listen and respond effectively to customer needs
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Capability to multitask efficiently
• Team player with a friendly and professional attitude
