We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at IHC Health Services, Inc. in Billings, MT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and management in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a team of 13 providers to deliver exceptional patient experience.
- Work closely with in-house care coordinators, pharmacy, and APPs to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Meet productivity and quality metrics to earn incentives.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $275,000 and potential for additional earnings through production incentives.
- Quality bonus of $15,000 based on performance in four quality metrics.
- Starting bonus of up to $25,000, relocation bonus of up to $20,000, and student loan repayment bonus of up to $100,000 (if applicable).
- PSLF eligibility.
- A supportive work environment with a team of experienced colleagues.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, and pet insurance.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- Residency trained in Internal Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
- Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete IHC Health Services, Inc.'s credentialing process.
- A passion for internal medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
