Responsibilities
  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill newborns in a Level 3 NICU setting.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Compact RN license in Virginia.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in NICU care.
  • BLS and NRP certifications.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and customer service.
