Job Title: Automotive Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Systems Specialist to join our team at Heartland Tire Inc.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems. As an Automotive Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or problems.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on various automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, and more.
  • Tire Service: Provide expert tire service, including installation, balancing, and rotation.
  • Road Testing: Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and functioning properly.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50-100 pounds, as well as perform continued standing, bending, crouching, twisting, and crawling.
  • Certifications: ASE certifications and/or technical school degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tire Service Experience: 3 years of experience in tire service is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
