Job Summary:
CNA Caregivers provide direct, quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of RN or LPN at Trinity Health Systems Inc.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, individualized care to residents based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to supervisors.

Requirements:
- Current North Dakota CNA certification required.
- Previous nursing home experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
