Job Description

Job Summary:

The Compliance Driver is a key member of our team at Spectrum AM, responsible for ensuring compliance with our community's rules and regulations. As a Compliance Driver, you will be driving to the communities we manage on a regular basis, making notations of non-compliant homeowners, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive to the communities we manage, inspecting homes for compliance with our community's rules and regulations.
  • Make notations of non-compliant homeowners and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their inquiries and resolving conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work with homeowners to resolve issues related to compliance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Improve service by recommending improved processes and identifying new product and service applications.
  • Continually increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying up-to-date on governing documents of each homeowner's association.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Auto insurance.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to enter data into databases and iPads.
  • Proven skill in conflict resolution and customer service.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
