Job Overview

A distinguished law firm is in search of a driven attorney specializing in estate law to collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of expertise in the following areas:

Estate Planning
  • Drafting comprehensive estate planning documents, including Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney (both Financial and Healthcare), and Living Wills.
  • Consulting with clients to provide tailored advice and develop effective estate plans.
  • Creating deeds, beneficiary designation forms, and other essential documents to execute the client’s estate strategy.
Estate Administration and Probate
  • Managing the administration of estates and trusts from initiation to final distribution.
  • Reviewing and preparing probate and trust administration documents, along with related paperwork.
  • Conducting legal research on probate and estate planning matters.
  • Preparing and reviewing Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns.
  • Preparing and reviewing Fiduciary Income Tax Returns.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive demeanor, and a commitment to enhancing the legal experience and services provided to clients.
