Therapy Source Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations for students in educational settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral strengths and challenges.
- Clinical Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all evaluations and assessments are conducted in accordance with relevant ethical and professional standards of care, including laws and regulations governing the practice of psychology in educational settings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills, including the ability to administer and interpret standardized tests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other school staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
