Schedule and Pay

This part-time position involves working on an event-based schedule, with shifts primarily taking place between 12 p.m. and 12 a.m. The hourly rate is $15.37.

Job Description

As an Event Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and greeting customers with courtesy and great customer service.
  • Helping customers process tickets and provide direction.
  • Switching signs as needed.
  • Adeptly navigating and processing transactions using a mobile handheld device (e.g., iPhone/Android).
  • Providing information about the surroundings and building area to answer customer questions.
  • DIRECTING TRAFFIC.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
  • Collecting parking fees.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions processed during your shift.
  • Providing feedback on areas that require attention.
  • E nsuring that all safety standards are met.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in various weather conditions, lift up to 10 pounds, stand, walk, and run for extended periods. You must also be willing to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout your shift.
