Compensation: $12.30/hour
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Dependability is essential.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all members and their guests with warmth and professionalism, adhering to facility standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, ensuring they are free from debris.
- Adhere to established procedures for the opening and closing of cart and range operations.
- Ensure outdoor areas remain tidy and organized, preventing congestion and arranging carts appropriately after use.
- Regularly inspect golf carts for cleanliness and overall condition.
- Oversee the cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance of golf carts, including fueling and ensuring even usage across the fleet.
- Assist golf shop staff with tournament preparations involving golf carts and range activities.
- Direct any significant issues or complaints to a manager or assistant manager.
- Follow management protocols for cart operations.
- Maintain orderly flow of player traffic.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
