Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training Services Manager to join our team at Learning Without Tears. This is a dynamic role that involves organizing and managing professional service training, including logistical coordination and post-service follow-up with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in meeting/event planning and customer service-related fields is preferred.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:

  • Organize and manage professional service training, including logistical coordination and post-service follow-up.
  • Support Customer Success and Sales teams during professional services conversations with customers.
  • Negotiate and coordinate professional service contracts with customers.
  • Manage all workshop logistics, including scheduling presenters and maintaining the CRM database.

Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in meeting/event planning and customer service-related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team.
