About the Opportunity:

Utah State University Eastern (USUE) seeks an experienced Head Men’s Soccer Coach to lead its men’s soccer program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching student-athletes to achieve a high level of skill while promoting discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated coach with a proven track record in developing young athletes. As a key member of our athletic department, you will be responsible for creating a positive team environment that fosters growth, both on and off the field.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience">
• At least 3 years of coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level">
• Excellent communication and leadership skills">
• A strong network of contacts within the soccer community">
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines">

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
