About the Role:

• Rewarding compensation package estimated around $250,000 - $400,000 annually, including base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of pulmonologists in delivering high-quality patient care, leveraging expertise in critical care and sleep medicine.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and staff engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Board certification in Pulmonology or related field; active medical licensure in South Carolina.
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a track record of success in improving clinical outcomes and operational performance.
