Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team at North Mississippi Health Services. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, quality patient care using the nursing process and document accordingly.
- Work to ensure compliance with all NMHS policies and requirements as directed by the Nurse Manager and Educator.
- Provide patient/family education and act as a resource for existing staff and new employees.
- Maintain communication with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care to the patient.
- Project a caring, friendly, and helpful image to patients and other customers.
