We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at a tire facility. This role involves performing maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and conveyor systems.
- Perform maintenance and repair work on equipment and conveyor systems
- Lubricate and grease parts to maintain equipment functionality
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment
- Work on control panel boxes, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, including lock out/tag out procedures
- Utilize working knowledge of PLCs as a troubleshooting tool
- Handle HMIs with experience or knowledge
- Mechanical skills
- Pneumatics knowledge
- Hydraulics expertise
- Preventive maintenance experience

This is a contract-to-hire position based out of Lincoln, Alabama. The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
